Description
Black Flag Everything Went Black RARE misprint? hardcore punk sst record vinyl.
So I’m not 100% sure what the deal with this record is but it seems to be some sort of rare mispress. I cannot seem to place it. With a specific version. The jacket is for the first US pressing and the only one that covers the bars. The jacket and matrix information for both discs matches the original US pressing but Disc 1 has different labels (including crossed out letters) from what is shown on discogs. So different labels with for disc 1 and normal ones for disc 2. It doesn’t appear that the different labels were added on or that there’s double labels on each side. I believe the reason the the lettering on those labels is crossed out is due to a lawsuit that has to do the band’s name/logo (hence the jacket not having black flag or the bars anywhere) but I don’t know why the one disc has the different labels. At first I thought it was the first press UK labels but the 1st UK press was only one disc so the track listing is different. Considering I can’t find anything online about ill assume it is some sort of super rare misprint that you know you want for your collection! Maybe I’m wrong but seems pretty uncommon to me. If you have any info on this version, feel free to share.
If you would like more specific photos let me know. Generally the condition is VG+/VG. I have tried to photograph any visible damage but there may be other small defects (tiny corner dings, small creases, etc.).
