Description

Black Sabbath - 1970

1st Pressing - VO 6 847 903 VTY

  • Matrices: Side 1 - VO6 1Y * 1420 12 24 , Side 2 - VO6 2Y//2 420 1 1

This was my mUM's copy, She had a big rock/prog rock collection and looked after it well. This was bought in 1970 and kept in a cupboard in a dust sleeve since.

This album looks like it's in really good condition considering it's 42 year life. The cover is especially clean and aside from a couple of very minor creases I wouldn't be surprised if someone told me it was new. There is hardly any shelf wear. Ozzie's name is misspelled "Ossie" in the credits.

Grading has been provided by my Father-in-law who is not an expert but has a lot more experience than me.

Gradings

Cover - Ex+

Side 1 - Ex- Plays fine with a few light clicks

Side 2 - G (this is due to a scuff mark which doesn't affect playability) Plays fine with a few light clicks

Comes with the original black and white swirl inner sleeve.
