Description

This is the original UK Swirl Vertigo pressing of Black Sabbath's debut LP from 1970. Nothing rare about that, but this is the first pressing run with slight variations on the sleeve and record which differ  from later spiral issues.This pressing has the  " Copyright substitutes in all stereo recordings" ,  larger group names and no reference to the composers of Evil Woman and Warning. The record has the larger swirl label on the  " B" side. The sleeve itself is in VG condition, no tears, rips or writing but has one chafe or pinch mark near the bottom right hand corner. Again the record plays well to VG standard, the clarity is very clear but there is  minor surface noise in  some of the quieter spots and the very odd click on side 2. This record does play well and is perfectly listenable to, so my advice to the winner is  TURN UP  THE VOLUME  AND ENJOY IT. 0.99 pence start and no reserve.
