DESCRIPTION: Black Sabbath LP- Headless Cross. With A2/B2 matrix and inner sleeve. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: IRS EIRSA 1002 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1989 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/VG+. Vinyl is nice and clean with a decent sheen.. Played passages of this today on my Pro-ject Deck. Sits flat on the turntable. Sounds excellent. Clear and loud with good seperation. Cover is firm and square and has only light edgewear, cornerwear and creasing. Short (1cm) creases around spine area prevent me from grading sleeve as EX but im sure most other sellers would grade it EX anyway!! Inner is also in EX condition with no splits. Clean labels. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. This is very near EX all round. It is much, much nearer to EX than VG..... Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of surface sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS.
