Description
Solid copy of Sabbath’s 3rd album, from 1971. Everything is here apart from the poster, but I have included a colour photocopy from the CD version of the album (much smaller than the original!). This is a first pressing, matrices being 1Y//1 2Y//2.
Fully-laminated & embossed box – VG. Intact and generally in good shape. Some damage to bottom right-hand corner but nothing serious.
Labels – VG. Quite a lot of spindlewear. The letter ‘B’ is written on the ‘A’ side! Otherwise very clean.
Inner swirl bag – VG+. Some creasing and yellowing.
Reproduction A3 poster – as new.
Record – Visually VG. Quite a lot of light hairlines, scuffs & general wear.
Playback is also VG. Clicks & pops at the start of Side 1 but otherwise pretty good audio, with light crackle in the quieter passages. No sticks or jumps.
I grade all records strictly using the 'Record Collector' system.
