From my personal collection.  *Missing original "Warner/Reprise Loss Leaders" inner sleeve. Has a plain white aftermarket inner. Original poster is there and in mint condition.

Track A2 title listed on label as 'AFTER FOREVER', with an incorrect 'Iommi-Ward-Osbourne-Butler' writing credit. Back cover lists credit correctly as 'Iommi' only.
Released with embossed cover and 'The Warner/Reprise Loss Leaders' promotional inner sleeve. Some copies include folded color poster of band.
First catalog number on front cover, second catalog number on rear cover, spine and labels.
