Description
DESCRIPTION: Black Sabbath - Paranoid. 1st UK pressing with 1Y1/2Y1 matrix, large swirl label, matt gatefold sleeve and vertigo swirl inner. Its not dated so im unsure if its the correct one but it is a UK original inner. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Vertigo 6360 011 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1970 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): G/VG. Vinyl is clean with a good few surface lines, hairlines and brushing lines. I have played majority of this recently on my budget deck, Sits flat on the turntable. Generally sounds between VG and G. It has some ticks and clicks in the quieter passages in particular (but not exclusively). Cover is in decent condition and just scrapes into a VG. It is firm and square and has moderate to heavy edgewear, cornerwear adn moderate creasing. Very clean interior to gatefold. Has a faded name written to one side of otherwise clean Vertigo swirl labels. Swirl inner is complete but the lining has become detached. It has lengthy splits to all 3 sides. It looks much better without the lining but ive left in so you can choose if you want to try to repair it. No other writing, stickers or sticker tears. Anyway, its a playable complete UK sabbath swirl at a decent price. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER PUNK/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
