THESE ARE GETTING IMPOSSIBLE TO TURN UP NOW IN ANY DECENT CONDITION!!
Of course there are NO skips, jumps, clicks or sticks. Unbelievably as it may sound there is hardly any background noise at all. These earliest pressings are just bulletproof! I played this on my Technics turntable with a Linn cartridge and through my very revealing B&W three way speakers!!!
Vinyl: EX++. Close to NM vinyl. This is an astonishing example. The replay is astounding and it will be very hard indeed to upgrade from this prime example. There is nothing untoward on this great heavy glossy vinyl. NO skips, jumps or clicks. Sublime audio and it will be hard to find this LP in this fantastic visual condition. Only two wispiest "mini" hairlines can be seen under a strong light. Most examples are trashed, NOT THIS ONE!!! An optimal upgrade indeed!!
Gatefold sleeve: EX. This is one of the (in)famous matt Vertigo gatefolds and very hard to find in a decent condition. This one is just fine with straght edges and a fully readable spine. there are no edgesplits. Even the bottom edge wear is just light. There is NO writing, NO stickers, NO smudges. the inside gatefold with the bandshoot is NM. A great sleeve.
Inner swirl sleeve: EX+. Original swirl inner is present with the polylining still attached. This has the original datestamp of "1070". Age related yellowing near the edges. Polyliner still fully attached. NO seamsplits. NO tears. It's a cracker!!
This is a unique investment opportunity!!! Finding this album in any condition at all is nearly impossible, LEAVE ALONE IN THIS STUNNING EX++ CONDITION!!!
