I have played this in FULL> The replay is ASTONISHING!!! I first played for a general listen and a second time for a more in-depth observation. BLACK SABBATH - 6360 071- VERTIGO UK 1972
***********SUPERB CLASSIC ALBUM *******************
THESE ARE GETTING IMPOSSIBLE TO TURN UP NOW IN ANY DECENT CONDITION!!
Of course there are NO skips, jumps, clicks or sticks. Unbelievably as it may sound there is hardly any background noise at all. These earliest pressings are just bulletproof! I played this on my Technics turntable with a Linn cartridge and through my very revealing B&W three way speakers!!!
Vinyl: EX++. Close to NM vinyl. This is an astonishing example. The replay is astounding and it will be very hard indeed to upgrade from this prime example. There is nothing untoward on this great heavy glossy vinyl. NO skips, jumps or clicks. On one of the labels a number "34" is written. This is repeated on the original inner, which has two tiny side splits.
Gatefold sleeve: This rates VG+ and would have been EX if it weren't for some reinforcing clear tape over the spine. For some funny reason we used to do this in the 70's in order to make it last ... The colours are rich and not faded. This is the first sleeve with the orangey print as opposed to the later yellowy tint. It has the inner booklet although it has come loose of the staples. Possibly this could be invisibly re-attached. the booklet is EX. The sleeve has no creases. there is only minimal edgewear.
Original swirl inner is present with the polylining still attached.
This is a unique investment opportunity!!! Finding this album in any condition at all is nearly impossible, LEAVE ALONE IN THIS STUNNING EX CONDITION!!!
Labels are EX with only minor spindling. One label has a number written.
Important :International postage will be registered and insured if over GBP 41.00. please wait for my invoice in this case. Postage will be according to Royal Mail rates. Postage is NOT a money spinning exercise for me.
This an excellent investment opportunity!!! Any questions please ask me and I will try to answer soon.
