Description
DESCRIPTION: Black Sabbath LP- Vol 4 LP. One of my own copies for many years. 1st UK pressing with 1Y1/2Y1 (PORKY/PECKO) matrix, no "Made in England" on label, Vertigo swirl inner and scarce very lightly textured gatefold sleeve (see photo 9) with still attached booklet. Packed this weighs over 500gm so overseas postage is as for a double. All postage costs include insurance, tracking and top quality packaging. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Vertigo 6360 071 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1972: COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): EX/VG+. Vinyl is very clean with a nice dark sheen. Played all of this again today on my budget deck. Sits flat on the turntable. Sounds Excellent. Music is clean, clear, vibrant and loud. "Changes" plays immaculately and "FX" only reveals an occasional soft tick. Cover is also in great shape. It is firm and square and has light to moderate edgewear (1" moderate to centre of rear top edge) , light to moderate cornerwear and light creasing. Very clean inside to gatefold sleeve. Booklet is in great condition, complete and fully and securely attached- its not been re-glued at all. Swirl inner is a strong EX with light wear, no splits or feathering and fully attached poly. Super clean labels. The sleeve, labels and inner have absolutely no writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. Absolute top copy. Looks and sounds fantastic. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER SABBATH/SWIRLS/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
