DESCRIPTION: Black Sabbath - Vol 4. Early UK pressing with spaceship labels. Complete with gatefold sleeve with booklet and Vertigo swirl inner sleeve. All postage costs include tracking and top quality packaging. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Vertigo 6360 071: YEAR OF RELEASE: 1972: COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK: CONDITION (VINYL/SLEEVE): VG/VG:. Vinyl is clean with a decent sheen and a few hairlines and scuffs preventing better visual grade but having little effect on playback.Played all of this today on my budget deck. Sits perfectly flat on turntable. Plays EX or very near . Music is clear, clean and loud. Even the quieter tracks- "Changes"and "FX" play very clean. "Laguna Sunrise" has just a few soft distant ticks. Gate fold sleeve is in decent condition. It is firm and square and has light to moderate edge wear, moderate corner wear and light creasing. There is a small area of blacking in on the front top right hand corner. It also has a small paint splash and a few patches of light discoloration to rear of sleeve. Clean inside to gatefold sleeve. Booklet has been re-affixed to sleeve by a previous owner . Swirl inner is clean with no writing, fully attached poly and a split to one of 3 edges. Labels are clean- check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER SABBATH/HARD ROCK/PROG/METAL LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
