Postage

Items are shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment. If you are purchasing multiple items and wish to combine your postage costs, please email for an updated invoice.

Collections

All items have collection in person as an option. Due to the limited space in our warehouse, your purchases must be collected within 7 days. Our collection address is St Wilfrid’s Hospice, Unit 5, Technology Business Park, Moy Avenue, BN22 8LD Eastbourne. Collection hours are 9:00am – 16:00 Monday to Saturday.

Payments

You have 4 business days to pay in full before an unpaid case cancels the transaction. Payments must be made through eBay. We are unable to accept cash on collection. 

Returns

For orders that are shipped and failed to be accepted, collected from depots or missed delivery attempts will not receive a refund for original postage costs. The courier returns cost will also be deducted from your items refund. 

T&Cs

As a non-profit charity seller, we endeavour to list our items as accurately and honestly as we can. ‘Sold as seen’ or ‘untested’ items are unable to be tested as we do not have the facility or capacity to do so in our warehouse. Therefore, these items are not refundable. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we kindly ask you to send us an email, in hopes we can resolve it.
