The Beatles - Please Please Me (Parlophone PMC 1202 : Mono : Rare Black And Gold Label) What makes the album so increibly rare are the stamper codes and martix - Side A - XEX-421-1N Stamper Code - H. Side B - XEX422 Stamped code : I believe this to be one of the very first of the Black and Gold Monos to be pressed. Deeply pressed on thick vinyl, the record is in Fair condition and plays well, there are slight surface marks and a noticable marks over some of the tracks, however, this does not affect the sound quality very much, only minor clicks are heard. The album has been tested on a Linn Sondek turntable and sounds excellent - only minor pops and click are audible. The label is in fair condition exhibiting slight spindle wear, the This is an opportunity to buy probably the rarest ofiicial UK Beatles album, the stamper codes make this copy one of the first off the press.
