Description
Blank label Jamaican pressed (matrix C&N-6-I / C&N-3-IV) 45 rpm single release from THE HEPTONES. Tracks are: MESSAGE FROM A BLACK MAN / YOU TURNED AWAY.
It's the original Coxsone press.
The single visually has numerous scuffs & scratches and a few of the usual Jamaican press imperfections. Also a very small edge warp mostly on the trail-in that does not affect play. Slight off-centre press not affecting play. Both sides play through nicely with only some light background noise but no loud tics or pops. Most of the noise is at the intro and cleans up soon. No skips. The sound clips are unaltered from the original 45 tracked at two grams.
