Description

Blind Faith Self-Titled Banned LP Cover British.

BlindFaith LP 180 Gram Vinyl. Original Banned Cover Art. Blind Faith is theself-titled album by the British super group Blind Faith, which consisted of EricClapton, Ginger Baker, Steve Winwood  andRic Grech. The cover was a photo by Bob Seidemann of a topless 11-year-old girl,Mariora Goschen, holding a silver-painted model of an aircraft, sculpted forthe album shoot by Mick Milligan.[7] The cover was considered controversial, with some seeing the model as potentially phallic. The American record companyissued the album with an alternative cover, with a photograph of the band onthe front, as well as the original cover. The cover art was created bySeidemann, a friend and former flatmate of Clapton, who is primarily known forhis photos of Janis Joplin and the Grateful Dead.
