I can't play albums at this time and my VPI TT will not play a 78 rpm.  However I have played them in the past.

The album your bidding on has no hair line cracks.
It does have most of the original gloss.
It has the scuffing I commonly find on 78 rpm wax.

I can only say that if any of the music I listen to were on 78's and this was one of them I would have no problem playing it on my own turn table.
I have no real way to grade a 78.
Based on my own experience I would say this album will have one real tick maybe two on the "IF I HAD MY WAY" side.
This album will be padded and shipped in a pizza box for protection.

All fees are combined (most objects packaged in fabricated recycled cardboard boxes to reduce chances of damage), insurance is required for all packages shipped outside the U.S.
All books shipped media mail unless otherwise noted.
Tracking will be purchased from the U. S. Post Office for all items shipped.
If you require your tracking number please allow up to five business days for us to get it to you.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

The U.S. Postal service can only track items, and will only accept responsibility for items within U.S. jurisdiction. 
I can ship items express mail to you (six (6) days for example) to any country, however, it is only express to the end of U.S. jurisdiction. 
At that point your postal service can take months to get your item to you.
Sorry it has to be this way.
Objects shipped outside the United States are subject to duty well as other fees. 
All such fees are the responsibility of the high bidder.
