CONDITION:

Vinyl is in excellent condition. The plastic inner sleeve is in very good condition with no rips or tears but it does have many creases. The outer sleeve is in good overall condition. No seam splits. Some discoloration due to age with small stain top centre (please see pic) A few creases along the spine and the upper right corner has a bend.
