We have for sale an original, UK first pressing of the classic 1978 album, Parallel Lines by Blondie.

UK first pressing with CDL 1192 A//2 Tune, CDL B//1 matrix etched in the run out wax.

Sleeve is in very good plus condition, storage wear to the edges and the odd spider crease to the edges (see photos). Spine is in very good condition, title can be easily read. The cover image is still very clear and sharp, the text is unworn and the colours are vivid. Inner sleeve is in the original white Chrysalis anti static sleeve and is in good condition. Record has a sensational gloss, there is no whitening, there are one or two signs of the record being played but these are very light. The labels are completely clean with few signs, if any of spindle marks. The colour is solid and unworn, the text is sharp. The vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable and from the moment it begins it is exceptionally rich and vibrant with as new sheen. Labels are in excellent condition with minimal spindle wear. Superb clarity and separation. It sounds sensational throughout.

Our Vinyl is visually inspected under strong light for marks and imperfections. Any found are described in the additional condition section above or as per the Rare Record Collector grading system. Every one of our records has been tested by ourselves and has been machine cleaned prior to testing. Each record comes with a free an anti static cleaning cloth that is not available in the UK.

Mint (M): Perfect: This record looks like it has just left the manufacturer, with NO flaws what so ever. It looks as though it had never been handled. No scuffs or scratches, blotches or stains.

Excellent (EX): The record shows some signs of being played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear to the edges of the sleeve and or creasing.

Very Good (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the sleeve and extra items, without any major defects is acceptable.

Returns are not accepted for auction items unless there has been an error in the listing by us. Returns are at buyers cost unless there has been an error in the listing. Any items for return must be advised within 14 days and must be returned in exactly the same condition as they were when dispatched. If any attempt has been made to modify or repair the item without authorisation then the return will not be accepted.
