Description
Up for Sale is a RARE PROMO ORIGINAL Copy of the Cult Classic Debut from Blood, Sweat and Tears featuring Al Kooper from back in 1968!!!
This Lp I will rate at a Very, Very Solid VG, and at times a VG+ from how it sounds after just having played both Sides in the last few days. There are obvious surface scratches but no serious deep penetrating scratches that severely effect playback of any of the songs. After playing both sides there is crackle heard here and there and a light pop heard here and there but neither effect playback to the point of making it uncomfortable or upsetting. I'm fortunate that I have a very forgiving vinyl system when it comes to that. I have a 1978 Belt driven Technics SL-B2 hooked up to a 2005 Harmon Kardon Receiver played through 2 DCM Book Shelf speakers and 2 DCM Floor Speakers using basic speaker wire.
The Cover I will say it is a VG at BEST. Since it obviously has wear on all four corners and elsewhere from being just over 50 years old. The good news is there are no serious rips, tears or hole punches anywhere on the cover front or back. Obviously there is corner wear at certain spots but that's to be expected from the age of the Lp cover.
