Description
This is a Blue Cheer Vincebus Eruptum LP. The promo labels state, "Promotional Copy Not For Sale". This is the only copy I have ever heard of with these labels. This is not a reissue. It is an original Philips PHS-264 Stereo LP with the embossed/textured cover.
I think most people grading the vinyl would say it is NM, but in the right light, I can see a couple of very light scuff marks on it, so I am grading it Excellent. The cover has no splits or marks. It is very clean and has very light wear and I would grade it Excellent also.
This album is number 11 on the list of the top 200 most important rock albums. It is one of the earliest psychedelic albums and the track, Summertime Blues, is considered to be possibly the pioneer of Metal.
Considering the promotional record labels and condition of this album, I wouldn't venture even a guess as to it's value. I kind of laugh when I see people use the phrase, "insanely rare", but I think this one is. You decide it's value! I am starting the auction at 99 cents with no reserve and let it ride!
