Label: Blue Note (4136; MONO, rare early soul-funk-black music-related title, NYC label, MONO, ear, RVG, DG- but not as deep as 1500s)
Vinyl: VG+ ~ VG++ (regular surface marks and scratches, play great, RVG mono! rare title, five star album, don't miss it!)
Jacket: VG++ (laminated front, solid, clean and bright, no writing, no mark, no split, light corner wears, rubbings on bottom and top corner as well as mouth, )
