This is an original first pressing from 1966. The "ear" and "Van Gelder" are stamped in the dead wax.
The address on the labels is "Blue Note Records Inc. New York USA". The address on the back cover is "Blue Note Records Inc., 43 West 61st St., New York 23".
The condition of the record is near mint, no scratches, no scuffs, no spindle wear. The cover is in excellent VG++ condition, no seam or spine splits, no holes or writing; the upper left corner is crimped. Includes custom Blue Note label paper inner sleeve.
