Blue Wax Columbia 2947-D Benny Goodman Orch. (beauty!)  
Benny Goodman & His Music Hall Orchestra play "Take My Word" and "It Happens To The Best Of Friends" on Royal Blue shellac Columbia 2947-D. Ann Graham sings the vocal refrain on the B side.

The record was recorded in New York City on August 16, 1934 and is in lovely excellent to excellent-plus (E to E+) condition. There are a few very faint harmless B side surface rubs.
