Label: Paramount Records #12992

Category: Pre-War Blues - Black Country Blues

Point Scale: STRONG 7, or solid VG condition. More closer to VG+ with a very nice original gloss, and is very clean! (Some Surface Noise Nothing Over-powering) Only light scuffing, and some tiny surface variety scratches. (PLEASE NOTE) The disc has a less than pea sized flake on the very outer rim. The flake is not even close to the playing surface. This record has been played some, but handled with much care and respect! A very nice record in wonderful condition!

Cover/Label: VG+ labels (THEY LOOK AWESOME) but show only some light marks in areas

Comments: Ultra rare Pre-War Black Country Blues 78! Louise Johnson who ran around with such greats as Charley Patton, and Son House! Paramount brought in Charley Pattons' mistress Louise, to record the famous "Country Blues" session! Pick up two great tunes from the period "All Night Long Blues", and "Long Ways From Home". Also sounds like ol' Son House might be shouting in the background! Don't miss this rare find!
