NEW ITEM IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CELLO-WRAP (factory sealed). However as pictured there are a few marks to the outer wrap (which comes of when you open the box anyway), the outer wrap has come off a little in a couple of the corners, and also there a couple of little marks to the outer box also on the corners. This is nothing to effect the innner contents and how they play.
