Description

This is a nice version of a true classic of early Rock and Roll, Bo Diddley, Bo Diddley / I'm A Man, 78 RPM on Checker.  As noted, the shellac has some issues, but the sound is better than the surface.  Bo Diddley has a bit more surface noise than I'm A Man.  They both sound good, but the latter sounds really good for an old 78.  We can see on Discogs that this release was pressed in what look like three shellac versions in 1955.  The one we have here appears to be somewhat more unusual than the other two, as identified by matrix numbers 7786 and 7788.
