From Columbia Records (C2L 41) this is  BLONDE ON BLONDE by BOB DYLAN, an original (first ) mono pressing from May 16, 1966. It is a 2-LP set in gatefold showing photo of Claudia Cardinale inside, later changed for legal reasons.

Jacket is VG showing modest shelf wear front and back surfaces and a few light stains inside gatefold (see photos).  The spine shows considerable wear as do two corners.  Even with these flaws the cover is sturdy and attractive probably closer to EX+.    

Original plastic inner sleeves are included (EX+).

Labels show a few light spindle marks and the glossy playing surfaces show a few hairline marks that can't be felt with fingertip. Playing surfaces are strong VG and quite lovely.  Play grades NEAR MINT with only a few soft clicks that don't intrude.  There's no distortion even in the dynamic passages and even at higher listening levels. Overall EX+ (or better) because of the astonishingly clean playback.  Really stunning. 

This is a collectible copy of archive quality !
