We vacuum clean all records with a Music Hall WCS-2 machine. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the media from the jacket to avoid seam splits (unless it's a 45) in a generic poly-lines sleeve. Twelve-inch media comes in a new Spin Care Anti Static premium inner sleeve, which also has Anti-Dust & Anti Scratch features. Then both record and sleeve are inserted in a new poly sleeve outer jacket. Each order is carefully packaged. Our records are packed in cardboard pad inserts and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. We'd sure appreciate you providing feedback reflecting your satisfaction. Also, please contact us right away if your expectations are not met, so we can work it out.
