Description

Bob Dylan- Highway 61 Revisited UK CBS 1st Mono pressing BPG 62572
His classic 1965 LP, original UK 1st pressing, Mono edition. Excellent, clean, tidy condition as can hopefully be seen in my photos. This has been stored, unplayed since the 1960's.
Visually there are no scratches, just a couple of scuff marks only. One mark on side two that looks like a light scratch, but isn't, i can't feel it (or hear it).  Nice clean, shiny playing surfaces. No pen marks on sleeve or the super clean labels. Just one light spindle mark on side two.  No peeling or flaking of laminated cover, just a few faint creases. Slight corner bump on bottom right.
Played through on my LP12 it sounds wonderful on this nice thick mono pressing. The odd bit of dust or static perhaps but very little noise between tracks. Overall a fantastic example.
I would (conservatively) grade the vinyl and sleeve as VG+

Other identifiers-

Gloss-laminated full-color cover with 3 laminated and overlapped glue-tabs onto un-laminated back cover (aka 'flipback') that has black & white halftone and black text. No box rule to track-list on sleeve back.

Correct "62572" label matrix on both A & B-sides.
"Made in England".

"CBS" monogrammed 'eye' logo on both cover front & back - and on labels.
