Here for auction is a rare Bob Dylan Self Titled Debut LP 1962 US
Columbia CS 8579 STEREO on the rare Columbia 6-eye label. This LP
originally came from a collector who kept his covers and records
seperate.
This is the rarer STEREO version, most copies of the 6-eye were Mono
I will attempt to describe all the key points of the record and sleeve
below, any questions please ask
Thick card USA style cover in NEAR MINT condition, full colour with
no split seams or rubbing and perfect spine. No wear at all The rear
is white and unmarked, a really top grade cover.
No " Produced By John Hammond " credit on the rear.
The vinyl is in EX- condition with great gloss shine with a few light
hairlines and a few scuffs that do not affect play. The 6 eye label
is unmarked and has one song above the centre hole.
The matrix numbers are XSM 55622-1A & XSM 55621-1B
The record comes with its original blue striped Columbia inner
sleeve with no split seams!!
This is a superb 1st press STEREO example.
Hard to find a better copy now after nearly 50 years.
