Bob Dylan – The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan Very Rare Withdrawn Cover vinyl 1963 Canadian Label: Columbia – CS 8786 Format: Vinyl, LP, Album, Stereo Country: Canada Released: 1963 Genre: Folk, World, & Country Style: Folk
First Stereo Canadian issue with the "withdrawn" cover which has incorrect track listings on the right hand side of the front cover (Gamblin Willie etc. see 2nd photo) The disc itself plays the final, correct track listing listed below.
Condition: the vinyl is visually VG with a low to medium amount of scuffing along with a few surface marks. Side 2 plays cleanly other than a handful of soft clicks and a few examples of momentary soft surface noise that only lasts for a few seconds. Track 1 though plays with soft underlying surface noise that comes and goes (mostly the later).and on side 1 tracks 4 and 5 play this way too. Track 3 and 6 play with just a handful of soft clicks. The remaining 2 tracks - tracks 1 & 2 on side 1 play with soft or fairly soft underlying surface noise that is more or less continuous. Overall, a descent play copy.
The cover is between VG+ to EX (excellent) with a tiny hint only of ring wear as in the photos. Has a bit of discoloration on the back due to age. Hints only of marks in the corners. No seam splitting. Tiny pinhole in the bottom right on the front.
