Description
Bob Dylan ?– The Times They Are A-Changin' SEALED 1st or 2nd Press 1964 0r 1967 USA LP
This is the SEALED 1st or 2nd pressing of the LP by Bob Dylan titled "The Times They Are A-Changin'". Whether it turns out to be a 1st or a 2nd press this is one of the nicest copies on the planet!! It has great corners no bends, cuts, stamps or holes and perfect shrink. LP does have the wording on bottom of back cover "This Columbia GUARANTEED HIGH FIDELITY recording is scientificallhy designed to play with the highest quality of reproduction onthe phonograph or your choice, new or old. If you are the owner of a new stereophobnic system, this record will play with even more brilliant true-to-life fidelity. In short you can purchase this record with no fear of its becoming obsolete in the future". Because of this wording I think it is a 1964 press but I don't want to mislead in any way, LP was released in USA on Reprise ?(CS 8905) Records in 1964 or 1967.
LP contains the following 10 Tracks
A1. The Times They Are A-Changin'. 3:12 A2. Ballad Of Hollis Brown. 5:03 A3. With God On Our Side. 7:05 A4. One Too Many Mornings. 2:38 A5. North Country Blues. 4:33 B1. Only A Pawn In Their Game. 3:30 B2. Boots Of Spanish Leather. 4:38 B3. When The Ship Comes In. 3:15 B4. The Lonesome Death Of Hattie Carroll. 5:45 B5. Restless Farewell. 5:32.Cover/LP is in NEW and SEALED condition.
I was the owner of an independent record store in Seattle for well over 20 years. If you are familiar with Goldmine magazine they did a feature article on my store in the January 15, 1999 issue of the magazine. It was the first in a series of articles on Independent Record Shops around the world. It was quite flattering to be chosen as one of the premier indy record shops. The majority of the items I am offering were unsold store stock at time of closing or pieces I put aside during that time for my personal collection. I am able to offer sealed new Product for a good price because I own the inventory free and clear since it was all bought and paid for 10 or more years ago when I had my store. It kills me to sell some of these rare items, but alas It is getting to that time in life where I think about burdening my children with this massive amount of music when my time comes. All items are new factory sealed retail product unless otherwise stated in condition section. There are no bootlegs or pirates and again, any promo holes, cuts, or stamps will be noted.Bottom line I want you to be happy with product so you come back for more! I didn't keep my store running for nearly 25 years by offering substandard product. .
