This is an ultrarare 7" single of Bob Marley & The Wailers released from Black Art label in 1974.

The song "Bend Down Low" was originally recorded in 1966 and issued as the first release of their Wail 'N Soul 'M label, but this version seems to be an alternate take, probably from the same session as the other side, "Talking Blues." Both songs appear to be recorded around 1973 and bear an uncanny resemblance to the tracks cut for KSAN in San Fransisco on the Wailers' first US tour. They are not the same recordings, but are very close. Matrix number: side A (Talking Blues) - A4861; side B (Bend Down Low) - 4861-B.
