In gatefold sleeve. With 20-page scrapbook, 4-page Japanese insert and obi.
DISC: near-mint (just a couple of spindle trails on the labels, no marks on the vinyl.)
COVER: EX (very lightly handled - tiny corner ding at bottom back left. Close to near-mint)
OBI: has a few very small stains on the back side, otherwise fine
INSERT & SCRAPBOOK: clean; very lightly handled
