Bob Seger BACK IN '72 Palladium MS 2126/Reprise MS 2126 Sealed Promo Insert This a SEALED item - it looks to be factory sealed. The vinyl is assumed to be MINT but I have given it a NM rating. Also, it should be a White and Black Promo label (based on research). 
There is a cut out notch on the corner (see photo) and there is wear/bends on the corners of the sleeve (see photo)

Also, it should be a White and Black Promo label (based on research).  Sleeve VG+: Would be NM but there are some bends/wrinkles on the corners (see photos). There is a corner cut.

Sealed

The album is still factory sealed. We will grade the outside sleeve but we are not responsible for the condition of the record.

Mint (M)

These are absolutely perfect in every way. Played almost never and has no marks. This record looks brand new straight out of the factory.

Near Mint (NM)

Record may have tiny marks on disc that do not affect playing.

Very Good Plus (VG+)

Record may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Covers may have some stickers, sticker residue, or small amounts of writing.

Very Good (VG)

May have surface noise, and some scratches may be audible. Ring wear or shelf wear will appear on the outer jacket.
