Selling a white label promo of Bob Weir’s 1978 album “Heaven Help The Fool” on vinyl. This is one of several albums by him that are unavailable on streaming services. This is an excellent sounding album, recorded at Sound City, again with Keith Olsen who worked on Terrapin Station and many other incredible records there (Fleetwood Mac, Joe Walsh, etc.).

This is a white label promo copy (this label does not state “licensed for promo use” like some copies, but it’s definitely promo because the standard label was black with a blue Arista logo) that is clean and plays beautifully. There are a couple of light surface scuffs that do not affect play. I rate the album VG+, but some might consider it Near Mint.

The jacket is in great shape, with minimal wear, sharp corners and no seam splits. There is a cut in one corner that designated it a promo copy, hence the VG+ rating. Otherwise, it’s also pretty much near mint. Original inner sleeve with lyrics included included with one small crease.

I pack albums in oversized mailers with pads to prevent damage in transit. Please see photos and feel free to write with any questions. Thanks for your interest.
