MINT - Is factory sealed. Brand New.

NM +/- Not sealed and played but the vinyl has no marks visible under light. 

EX +/- Has been played with occasional light surface marks but generally looked after.

Good +/- Has multiple noticeable surface marks that will effect playback quality, jump and skips.
