Booker Ervin Quintet Cookin' Savoy MG 12154 mono Red label

"Blood red" label both sides, not the later "maroon" label. Cover has "Newark, N.J. " address and "Printed and fabricated by Globe albums" notation. No printing on spine.
Record looks and plays VG to VG+. Several small light scratches on each side. Vinyl is not heavily worn. Record is not wrecked or destroyed and plays enjoyably. Music is strong with light noise and some ticks that are not heavy and repetive. Quiet passages play VG, loud passages VG+.
Cover is VG-
Front cover has moderate to heavy wear. All seams are taped all the way around. Bottom and top seams look split all the way across under tape. The tape job probably could have been done with less tape, but it looks OK. Spots of heavy wear and rounding at the corners. Back cover has moderate to heavy wear.
