The record is VG+ ~ The record has a nice gleam with a couple light markings on each side which should not effect the audio quality.
The sleeve is VG+/VG ~ The sleeve has some slight ring wear, there is some staining and discoloration, the corners have light dings and the edges have minor wear with NO SPLITS. (see photos)
