Description
Created as a concept album, it incorporates a play, with all characters voiced by comedian Peter Cook, and singing by Sarah Vaughan, who was brought into the project by Phonogram after trying to secure Ella Fitzgerald.
The concept of the album was described at the time as "the story of man's last defense against an irate nature".
The outer box has MINOR wear as you can see in the pictures and the top flap has a slight tear in the upper left hand corner. INSIDE is the elaborate booklet that is in NM - MINT condition. The three LP’s are housed in their original colored sleeves - yello, red and purple. The sleeves are in NM condition with a small split in the red one.
The records themselves are near immaculate for vinyl that’s 41 YEARS OLD!
All you hardcore 10cc fans out there, this is a welcome addition to your collection if you don’t have it.
