I am a classical collector mainly of baroque and classical chamber, with a particular interest in 50s/60s European pressings. It is time to thin out my collection.
All LPs offered have been part of my collection and are well looked after.
Vinyl grading:
I grade based on visual inspection under strong light and a sample playback of one side
NM: close to new condition; possibly played a few times, no marks or faults
Ex: May have a few light scuffmarks; played only a few times and well cared for; very minor noise at times
VG: significant scuffs and marks; well played; some surface noise
G: heavily played and marked; significant surface noise
+ and – indicates high and low levels of grade
Sleeve Gradings:
NM: close to new; bright, very clean, no faults
Ex: near new, bright, clean with some minor marks and edge or corner wear
VG: some marks, edgewear and bumping, some browning possible, label residues
G: significant wear and marks
Inscriptions will be noted
Please note that imperfections are not always picked up by this, and that some LPs sound better than they look, whilst others sound worse…
