Description
Brahms Piano Recital
For further details please look at the super-sized photos.
Wilhelm Backhaus, Piano
Label: Decca SXL 2222 / Wide Band grooved, "Original Recording ..." at 10 o'clock, early arch flap cover.
Record is in NM condition.
Cover shows minor wear of use at top right corner; so I would give only a VG+.
VG+ / NM (cover / record) strictly graded (please refer my grading list below)
I do not use NM- or NM+ or EX ...
Only Goldmine standard grading

My highest grading! Close to perfect condition.
VG+
Covers handled with care but with visible wear at corners, edges or/and opening.
VG
Slightly discoloured or/and tiny cuts or seem splits which can easily be repaired if necessary.
G
Often used covers with longer cuts and/or bended corners or holes.
All other important details are always described in my listings.

M
I do not use this grading because a record is almost never perfect
NM
My highest grading! Close to perfect condition.
VG+
Slightly wear of use and maybe few occasionally soft-ticks.
Still a quality copy handled with care.
VG
What it means: A very good copy.
With some superficial marks, slightly background noise and maybe some ticks.
Still enjoyable and of course without skips.
G
Often played record with scratches or bothering background noise.
But NO skips. I only sell very rare records in this condition.
Not scarce LPs in this condition I will throw away.
All other important details are always described in my listings.
