Brahms Violin Menuhin UK HMV ASD 264 Cream & Gold ED1
Yehudi Menuhin with the Berlin Philharmonic conducted by Rudolf Kempe performs Brahms’ “Violin Concerto”. An English pressing on the HMV Label (ASD 264), the labels are cream and gold with plum lettering, a gold border and stereophonic and a shaded dog logo. The record is of immaculate appearance and plays and sounds superb with some low-level surface noise – first time it had been played for 40 years. The cover has rubbed slightly and is of almost new appearance.
