BENE FONTELES - Benedito (BF 001, Brazil 1983)
This is a rare top folk psych album, released 1983 in a quantity of 2200 copies only as privat pressing. Refined playing on various instruments (guitars percussions, flute, sitar on 1 track,native instruments....) male and female vocals. Especially on side 2 more on the adventorous psych side, not unusual for recordings from this country ( but not in the avantgarde vein). As guest also the famous Egberto Gismonti. Comes with the poster insert ! Don´t be fooled by the releasing date - it´s timeless, could also been from the 70ies
The paste on cover is in top condition, excellent plus to mint minus
The record looks clean, here and there a few fine soft cracklings - think through the pressing, so excellent plus
