Great condition record that was found with a large group of other records from an estate.
The record was recorded in Wilkesboro, NC which is also the item location.
No ring on the cover and record appears to be flawless.  I am not a record dealer so I am not qualified to grade it but the pictures included should show the quality.  From what I have read the cover and record are both VG+ to Near Mint.
