Description
The product is a 12" vinyl record LP of Bruce Springsteen's album "Born to Run," released in 1975 on the Columbia record label. This first pressing comes with the original inner sleeve and cover, and features high-fidelity sound on black vinyl in stereo. The record is in near mint condition, housed in an excellent cardboard sleeve, and showcases Springsteen's iconic rock 'n' roll style from the 1970s. With a matrix number of AL-33795 1D and a speed of 33 RPM, this LP is a must-have for any collector or fan of classic rock music. When Columbia Records first printed the gatefold sleeves, the back cover incorrectly credited "John Landau" instead of Jon Landau. Rather than scrapping the expensive unlaminated covers, the plant affixed a white correction strip over the mistake. This strip lists the correct spelling and splits the production credits sequentially:

Your copy was manufactured at the Columbia Records Pressing Plant in Pitman, New Jersey. You can confirm this 100% by looking very closely at the runout groove area right before the AL-33795 sequence - What Does "1D" Mean? The 1D suffix indicates the specific lacquer cut used to make the metal parts for pressing your disc.
