"Please note. I only use a true "Mint" grading if the record is in original sealed shrink or perforated unopened poly bag. Even sealed, the cover must look new as well. I will not call a sealed copy mint if corner or edge wear is present. If an lp has been opened, handled and played properly, I consider it no longer mint.
