The jacket is a Montgomery Ward. The year I do not know, best guess 60's.

*Custom stitched “Born To Run” (Roxy) leather Jacket

Jacket Note:

This jacket looks like what Bruce Springsteen wore on the “Born To Run” album cover with Clarence. I do not know what brand Bruce wore, it could be a 50's or early 60's type jacket.
The poster advertisement for the concert in Los Angeles at the Roxy Theatre in October 1975 featured a jacket just like this on the promo poster, with “Born To Run” in white on the back. The jacket was never made. (the words were placed on the poster, then the posters were printed)

> See pic#3 & #4 Star missing. You might be able to get one from Schott, they sometimes show up in inventory. Another option is calling there stores, you might luck out there also.

> See pic#3 with circle around defect. Seamstress sewed it wrong, you can see the back of jacket is bunched together above the word Born. It should be laying flat.

>See pic#8 Main zipper needs to be replaced.

> See pic#9 & 10 Inside liner torn, along a seam.

> See pic#11 & 12 Cuff wear.

> See pic#6 You can see the start of cracking in the leather.(use good leather cleaner & softener)
