Description

Brunswick #2970: The Isham Jones' Orchestra plays "The Original Charleston" and "Sweet Man". Disc grades V on "Charleston", E- on "Sweet Man" with scuffs, pin scratches, clicks and pops as for the respective grades. Both sides of this one cook with this being the only other period, domestic electric recording of "Charleston" in addition to the Whiteman. "Sweet Man" is just as good with plenty of Charleston rhythm itself. 1925.
