Mega Rare LP of Buddy Childers Quartet (Liberty LJH-6013 - mono) 1950s blue label pressing. One of the rarest and most sought after Liberty Jazz LPs from the 1950s features trumpeter Childers along with Arnold Ross, Harry Babasin and Boon Stein in an acknowledged classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in strong VG+ condition with some marks that will make a bit of noise and with much if not most (possibly all) of the original shine - not for the audiophile, but still really really nice for an LP of this vintage - still, you will hear a bit of noise on this one. The cover is in VG+ condition with general age/shelf wear and clear tape on the top seam. There is some paper loss on the spine (though the spine is NOT split). NOT perfect, but how many of these do you see anymore at any price?
